Career Peer Mentor Team
Career Peer Mentors (CPMs) are student workers at the Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) who are trained to assist with many facets of the CPDC’s services.
Individual Appointments
CPMs are available to provide peer-to-peer mentorship and assist students with writing resumes and cover letters, searching for internships and campus jobs, utilizing online career resources, and career exploration. You can schedule an appointment or stop by during published drop-in hours (hours vary by semester depending on CPM availability).
Workshops
CPMs offer career development workshops that prepare students with a strong foundation of career management skills, documents, and resources. Workshop topics can include Resumes & Cover Letters, Internship Searches, Interviewing, Skill Development, Career Fair Preparation, and more. You can request a workshop by filling out , and we will work with you to tailor a presentation and workshop to your audience.
