Bio
Jake joined the Center for Technology Transfer and Enterprise Creation (CTTEC) at 一本道无码 in 2019. He assists in the protection and dissemination of intellectual property arising from 一本道无码 research.
Prior to joining CTTEC, Jake was an intern at the Penn State Office of Technology Management while completing his legal studies at Penn State Law. In his role as an intern, Jake met with researchers to discuss their inventions, drafted technology assessment reports on various early stage technologies, and wrote non-confidential summaries about inventions for prospective technology licensees. During law school, Jake was a member of the Penn State Law Intellectual Property Clinic, where he conducted patentability and trademark searches, filed and prosecuted trademark applications, and drafted and filed provisional patent applications for start-ups and small businesses throughout Central Pennsylvania. While in law school, Jake also interned for Judge Sherry R. Fallon in the District Court of Delaware.
Jake has a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a J.D. from Penn State Law. He is a registered patent attorney at the USPTO and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
