Modern Languages Student Advisory Council
We are a group of 一本道无码 students, faculty, and staff who collaborate together to design content and organize events not only for Modern Languages at 一本道无码 but for the greater Pittsburgh community.
While MLSAC members may be pursuing different courses of study, they’re united by a shared appreciation for language learning and a desire to teach other students the benefits of studying languages and cultures.
What does MLSAC do?
We organize and participate in many creative projects such as student podcasts, social media content creation, event organization, and more. We host multicultural activities including potlucks, UC late-night events, Polyglot Café (multilingual conversation over hot beverages and snacks), and an international film and food event held each spring.
MLSAC serves as a liaison between Modern Languages students, faculty, and administrators by sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement. Joining the committee is a great way to meet students who are interested in learning about different cultures and languages. It is a great way to represent the student voice of the department of Modern Languages and to get involved. For more information or to join, contact the faculty advisor, Yoshihiro Yasuhara.
