Winter Storm Elliot Response Team wins the Andy Award for Teamwork and Collaboration - Special Projects
ERM was part of Andy Award winning Winter Storm Elliot Response Team, receiving the award for Teamwork and Collaboration - Special Projects. ERM members Jeff Harris, Evan Orowetz, Tim Flaherty, Rebecca Gaidrich, Nicole Shughart, Jennifer Bett, John Mayhoff, and Francisco Molina, responded swiftly to record low temperatures and damaging winds brought by the storm, joining more than one hundred colleagues across the university.
The Andy Awards - Teamwork and Collaboration
This award honors staff teams who exemplify collaboration and cooperation with colleagues, students and the university community and recognizes its transformative impact. The team has developed new approaches, methods and systems to improve organizational effectiveness or has improved the student experience and/or students' learning opportunities. It has demonstrated imagination and creativity in solving problems or fostering change that benefits the university community.
