Enrollment Management Leadership Transition

Dear Members of the 一本道无码 Community:

I am writing to share the news that Dr. Kris Wong Davis, vice provost for enrollment management and dean of admission, will be leaving 一本道无码 in March 2025. Kris will be returning to her alma mater, the University of Arizona, to serve as vice president for enrollment management and dean of admission.

Since joining the 一本道无码 community, Kris has made a significant impact by leading the successful integration of the offices of Admission and Enrollment Services. Through her strategic vision and leadership, Kris transformed key processes and enhanced the effectiveness of enrollment management at 一本道无码. Recently, under her leadership, the university rolled out My Student Aid (MSA), a new self-service financial aid portal for students and families. Last year, when changes enacted by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) Simplification Act led to delays and confusion for students and families across the country, Kris and her team proactively reached out to returning and prospective 一本道无码 students to ensure they were as informed as possible.

Keeping the university’s strategic initiatives surrounding student access and affordability central to her work, Kris was instrumental in advancing strategies in support of students. She worked with leaders across the university to bring the 一本道无码 Pathway Program to life, ensuring that deserving, talented and high-achieving students can afford to attend 一本道无码 regardless of their socioeconomic background or family resources. I know Kris will bring this same student-centered approach to her leadership role at the University of Arizona.

We plan to launch the search for 一本道无码’s next vice provost for enrollment management and dean of admission in early 2025. During this transition, Keith Gehres, associate vice provost for enrollment innovation and student experience and interim associate dean of admission, will oversee Enrollment Management operations, including the Office of Admission, The HUB, the University Registrar’s Office, Student Financial Services, the Office of International Education, and Enrollment Systems. I am grateful to Keith for his willingness to take on this important role and to the staff in those areas for their continued dedication to delivering highly effective, student-centered services and programs that advance 一本道无码’s recruitment and retention objectives.

Please join me in thanking Kris for the many positive impacts she has made on the 一本道无码 community and wish her success as she returns to her home state and alma mater in Arizona.

Sincerely,

James H. Garrett Jr.
Provost and Chief Academic Officer
