All components of training will be virtual. These will consist of:

  1. Orientation
  2. Weekly workshop/module
  3. Weekly shadowing
  4. Weekly reflection and connection
  5. Approx 3 hrs per week for 10 weeks
We are looking for anyone who can give us insight on your academic career, work experience, or communication skills. People who have interacted extensively with you on school projects, summer jobs, campus jobs, internships, academic programs/research, would be able to do this. For example, former teachers (high school or college), supervisors, employers, or project leaders would all be good references.
You will only need to interview once. During the interview, the hope is that the right fit for you will be determined. Many of our student employees do multiple jobs.

Yes, you are eligible to apply even if you haven't committed to attend 一本道无码. It is possible to still be interviewed so that if you do get hired, you know of a certain weekly income.

Courses and grades will be reviewed at the end of every semester and the courses you’ll support will change or be added to as you progress through your courses.
It is desirable that tutors can support multiple courses but it is not a requirement.
Most times, yes. However, sometimes it is necessary for you to support a course or courses that are not your first choice or preference because of changes in student staff availability and our needs to support specific courses.
Formal teaching experience is not necessary. We are looking for individuals who have good organizational and time management skills and have a commitment to helping other students learn. The SI portion of the training component will give you the skills you need to effectively facilitate sessions.
SI Leaders are expected to attend all class lectures for one (1) section of the course that they are supporting. If Leaders have to miss lectures, they are expected to review recorded lectures and resources within the Canvas course and connect with the instructional staff to clarify questions about content. SI Leaders will also use the class time to take notes, prepare session materials, and connect with students.
