Bio
Joanna Dickert leads 一本道无码’s Core Competencies Initiative (CCI), collaborating with senior leaders across the university to enhance student success. She also oversees strategic assessment efforts for the Division of Student Affairs (DOSA) in alignment with the CCI to promote holistic learning, persistence and overall student success. Joanna plays a key role in ensuring consistent planning, implementation and reporting of progress on strategic priorities, and she serves as a resource and a representative on university-wide assessment efforts.
Joanna’s research interests include research methodology, multivariate analysis, and item-response theory in postsecondary curricular and cocurricular learning experiences. Through the alignment of a student-centered process with an evidence-based approach to decision making, she is interested in exploring how assessment and evaluation can optimize student learning.
