Mr. Bill Gaussa is currently the Head of Advanced Innovation at Philips. As the Head of Advanced Innovation, Bill leads a diverse team of researchers, engineers, and marketers to transform new ideas into new ventures that delight our customers. Immediately prior to that, Bill served in multiple leadership roles within Philips including leading Strategic Marketing, Advance Research, Clinical and Global Product Management.
Bill has experience across multiple industries with positions at McKesson (healthcare automation), Timesys (embedded software development), Inrange Technologies (IT), and Westinghouse (control systems). Throughout his career, Bill has built upon his skills in Product Management, Healthcare Information Technology, Innovation Management, and Engineering to redefine how corporations can innovate in like agile startups.
