It’s getting harder to keep a secret and that’s a good thing when it comes to documenting suspected human rights abuses.
But capturing, processing and securing evidence is not without its challenges. The sheer scope and volume of data now available has seen archivists forced to rethink the way they do things. And then there’s the issue of verification: In a world of fake images and false information, how do we tell what’s real and what is not.
