Bio

During my undergraduate career at the University of Pittsburgh, I conducted biomedical research in the university’s Department of Pharmacology. I also interned at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and Pitt Med Magazine, building various skills in lab research and science communication. My hope is to write engaging stories that make complex ideas feel accessible and relevant for audiences of all backgrounds - to that end, I’m excited to further strengthen my science writing skills through the MAPW program.
