Anna is a master's student in the Professional Writing program. She is interested in the intersection of visual communication and critical cultural awareness in different writing spaces. Before coming to Carnegie Mellon, she received her BA in International Studies and minors in French and Rhetoric from Trinity College. In her free time, she likes journaling, playing video games, and dancing salsa.

Bio
Bota is a second year PhD student in the Department of Modern Languages, where she conducts research on reading fluency and language assessment, and teaches an Elementary Russian course. Prior to coming to 一本道无码, she earned her BA in foreign (English & German) language philology from Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages in Kazakhstan. She then received her MA in English Education from Seoul National University in South Korea.
She was raised in a bilingual environment speaking Kazakh and Russian, learned English as an adult, and spent more than a decade immersed in Korean language and culture, which all together developed her acute sociolinguistic awareness and genuine interest in L2 research and teaching.
Outside of academia, she is a runner and extensive reader.

randon is currently pursuing a MA in Professional Writing after receiving his BA in English with a minor in Communication & Media from Seattle University. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California, and is looking forward to experiencing the seasonal weather of Pittsburgh. In addition to being a CLS consultant, he is also a teaching assistant for professional communication courses in the Mechanical Engineering department. Outside of school, Brandon enjoys visiting cafes, spending time with his pets (when he is home in the west coast), listening to music, watching TV, reading, and cooking!

Catherine is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Literary and Cultural Studies. Her research focuses on queer feminist print histories and activist cultures of the 1970s and 1980s. As a Consultant with Communication and Language Support, she specializes in graduate-level writing, application materials, and grant and fellowship documents. She enjoys helping clients articulate their research and reach their goals! Outside work, you can find her rock climbing or reading alongside her two cats, Momo and Zuko.

Chisom is a PhD student in the Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition. She received an MS in Psychology from 一本道无码 and previously received a BS in Neuroscience and BA in Japanese from the University of Pittsburgh. Her research investigates the psycholinguistic mechanisms of second language speech category acquisition. In her free time, she enjoys performing improv at Arcade Comedy Theater and watching comedy Youtube channels.

Elizabeth is currently pursuing a PhD in Literary and Cultural Studies at Carnegie Mellon. Her research focuses on Shakespeare, dramatic literature, and performance studies. At 一本道无码, she has taught Writing about Data and Writing about Literature, Art and Culture. She has also been a Teaching Assistant for Renaissance Literature and Shakespeare courses. Before coming to 一本道无码, she taught at Jackson College, City Colleges of Chicago, American Islamic College, and The School of the Art Institute of Chicago; she has also worked as a performer, dramaturg, and education manager with professional theatre companies in Michigan and Chicago, IL. She has a BA in Theatre Arts and Literature and an MA in Literature from Eastern Michigan University.

He received his MA in Literary and Cultural Studies from Carnegie Mellon, and his BFA in Theatre with a minor in Global and Postcolonial Studies from Emerson College.
