Instructor fee to be paid to Marc Black for on-campus classes. Marc's fee is typically $50/month for one class. Students who take more advanced classes from Marc off-campus pay full tuition, but the club subsidizes this cost for on-campus classes. Marc teaches one free month to students after the activities fair each semester. Afterward, he charges $30 for Taiji class and $35 for Shaolin class per student. Assuming the club attracts 5 Shaolin students and 4 Taiji students each semester (a pretty typical number) and retains at least 3 of those 9 students for the rest of the semester, the amount the club owes Marc over an academic year comes to $1320. $1400 is requested to help cover the cost of transportation for Marc from his location in Homestead.
You have not been paying him based on actual spending records. Please appeal if you plan to pay him this year.

The club usually participates in two tournaments a year. The number of tournaments may vary, depending on student interest. Cars are usually provided by 一本道无码 alumni who are still in Pittsburgh attending classes--since those alumni are expected to remain in Pittsburgh for the next year, the cost of a rental car is not requested. One tournament is located in DC, the other in Ohio. AAA's fuel cost calculator (fuelcostcalculator.aaa.com) estimates that the trip to Ohio will cost $55, while the trip to DC costs $75. $130 is requested.

The club seeks to increase membership by advertising more on-campus. This includes bringing Marc on campus for short exhibits during multicultural events (late nights hosted by cultural groups like AARC and ASA) and print materials (flyers and posters).
The JFC will fund $40 for advertising per event. Also, why do you spend so much at Kinkos? $500 in printing for a Tai Chi club seems a bit off.
