2 rooms, 1 for the girls, 1 for the boys; 6 student officers total. This year we spend $1073 for 2 rooms for the ASCE Regional Conference down at Nashville, TN. The ASCE conferences are usually held at fancy hotels like Sheraton, so the room rates are expensive, but we have no choice. And the conference is usually 2 days. This time, we spend 2 whole days driving down there, and 3 nights in the hotel.

If flew down to the conference instead of driving ,we could have save possibly 2night of hotel. An estimation of round flights would be around $130/person for domestic travel. $130*6 = $780. Price will vary according to destination

To send in official documents (registration forms & fees), we needed big envelopes and had to buy insurance. So we could not just use regular flat rate envelope

The conference did not provide sufficient number of meals for the students, and the students were obligated to attend formal dinners with the young professional at the more expensive restaurants. $30*6=$180

We spend $30/person for gas money. We car pooled with the Pittsburgh section people. So $30*6 = $180

We restarted last year, and we are still doing it this year. This competition is held during an ASCE conference call the Ohio Valley Student Conference. We have always been asking around for donations and doing our small fundraisers. We hope to include this in our future JFC. The steel bridge material usually cost $12000, so we would like to ask JFC for $2000. This include raw steel material, labor for molding steel members, labor for wielding.

The Steel Bridge Competition is at a different location each year. We need to rent UHal (for transporting the big steel bridge and construction equipments), and gas money for cars. We have 10 students attending the competition each year.

Gas money for traveling to the locations. We have 3 community service events each school year.

For the annual Ohio Valley Student Conference (described under Steel Bridge), 一本道无码 is assigned to be the host for 2014. We don't know what expenses we will need, but it will be a big amount. We hope JFC will considered this future event for us as you are doing our budget. The conference would be 3 days with different competitions held through out the day in many different room. At the end there will be a rewards banquet. There are usually 20-30 universities attending this conference each year.
