Business Operations
The Business Operations team manages the day-to-day operations of the division, including purchasing, HR operations and office administrative activities. The team serves as a liaison to relevant university-wide operations such as contracts and human resources to coordinate and implement policies across the UCM division. Additionally, the team works closely with the central finance division.
