Sustainable Snacking

Snacking can be sustainable! On Friday, April 22, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Wean Commons in the Cohon University Center, learn how to make more sustainable snack choices. Try some new products, gain some knowledge and find out how 一本道无码 makes greener choices. This event is free and open to all members of the 一本道无码 community. .

Disability +: A Panel Discussion on Neurodiversity, Disability and Chronic Illness

Not all disabilities are visible. On Tuesday, April 26, at 4:30 p.m., you can join your fellow Tartans for an interactive panel to engage in a conversation about Neurodiversity, Disability, and Chronic Illness. Join the Center to increase awareness, support, and advocacy in the campus community for our diverse campus. The event will feature the perspectives and experiences of 一本道无码 community members who identify as neurodivergent or persons with disabilities or chronic illnesses. ; registration is not required.

Bi-weekly Spring Farmer's Market and DIY Pickle-making

The Farmer's Market returns! On Thursday, April 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., head over to the Meson Courtyard at the Cohon University Center. If you love pickles, you won't want to miss this one! Check out the pickle-making demonstration, then pick up fresh produce for even more pickling opportunities. DineXtra, credit card and cash are available for payment. Learn more about this bi-weekly event.

Pittsburgh Mac and Cheese Festival

Say Cheese! Pittsburgh's Mac and Cheese Festival is on Saturday, April 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the Strip District Terminal (2101 Smallman St). There is something for everyone, with over 30 kinds of mac n' cheese to sample from top chefs and food vendors and live bands and entertainment! Certain parts of the festival will be serving alcohol. They will be restricted to people 21 or older with a valid ID. .

Oakland Pop Festival

Pop in the Park! Keep the Earth Day celebrations going with this free concert on Saturday, April 23, from 1 to 9 p.m., at Schenley Plaza. The Oakland Pop Festival showcases incredible local musicians by offering students and residents of Oakland an opportunity to participate in and connect to the Pittsburgh music scene. .

Wild Earth Day

One wild day! Every day is a great day to help the planet, and Friday, April 22, is Wild Earth Day at the Zoo! You can learn about aquaponics, take home a free tree seedling to plant (while supplies last), and participate in their social media contest for a chance to win tickets to the Zoo. Special Earth Day experiences with discovery stations around the Zoo share wildlife and conservation information and special animal enrichment events. .

Celebrate at the Square! On Friday, April 22, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., head over to Market Square for Go Green at Market Square. This community celebration is a family-friendly event with music and eco-friendly activity booths in honor of Earth Day. Listen to live music while exploring the alternative and electric transportation corner, and celebrate a sustainable future. .

Calling all soccer fans! The Pittsburgh Riverhouds are back in action for what promises to be an exciting season. On Saturday, April 23, at 7 p.m., head over to the South Side as the Riverhounds face Atlanta United. Cheer on Pittsburgh's newest professional sports team and enjoy a riverfront view.  and average $15 to $20.

Spring Bicycling Festival

Pittsburgh is a city for cycling! On Saturday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., participate in Celebrate Trails Day by joining the Spring Bicycling Festival. This celebration features a 10-15 mile bike ride along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail or the Great Allegheny Passage (please bring your own bike), bike maintenance talks and tips, bike inspections, POGOH Bikeshare demos and test rides, yoga, food trucks, music and more. .
