Alex provides direct support to instructors who request help with using educational technologies. He also provides training sessions and develops how-to documentation to help instructors effectively use technology for teaching and learning purposes. Before joining the Eberly Center, Alex provided educational technology support for the Heinz College at 一本道无码. Alex earned his Masters of Education in Instructional Technology from Duquesne University and Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
