The Plaidvocates

The is a peer health and wellness advocacy program for student-athletes that supports the well-being of 一本道无码’s varsity athletics community. Having trouble juggling your academics and practice? Have questions about how to say no when asked to have a drink? The Plaidvocates are educated and trained throughout the year to be able to listen, promote and provide support and information on stress and time management, nutrition, alcohol, drug use and other health related topics.

Mindfulness Ambassadors

If you are a current 一本道无码 undergraduate/graduate student or a student organization passionate about bringing wellness, improving mental health and promoting self-care at 一本道无码, consider joining us. The group came into existence in 2023 to be:

  • A hub that shares information and knowledge about various wellness and mental health resources that already exist on campus and in the greater community.
  • A '' where members can vulnerably share their struggles and challenges, brainstorm ideas and engage in problem solving
  • A collective that changes the existing narrative about self-care and promotes that self-care actually results in better performance.
  • An example of collaboration by designing and executing large scale events like the Stress Less Fest.
  • An advisor to the Office of Wellness and Meaning-Making Programs for all things wellness on campus.

If you resonate with the collective purpose of the group and would like to be involved, please contact Harsh Agarwal, Mindfulness Room advisor and program specialist for Wellness Initiatives, for more information.
