	һ�� ProSEED The ProSEED program acts as an umbrella for several different internal seed grants in the areas of research, teaching, student life, community service and campus programming. Every member of the һ�� community (faculty, students and staff) is eligible to apply for at least one ProSEED grant in order to provide seed funding for their new idea. . Limited Submissions	What is a limited submission? When a sponsor or a donor limits the numbers of proposals that an institution can submit to an opportunity, this is called a limited submission. OSP is responsible for managing the һ�� internal selection process for limited submissions. Most limited funding opportunities are announced via email to a distribution group. A list of current and recent opportunities can be found on the Limited Submissions webpage. You can also send a message to the limited submissions email to find out if there is an open competition running for the opportunity. How are candidates selected for a limited submission? The selection process is conducted by the office of the Vice President of Research. Usually, interested researchers will submit an email of intent followed by a pre-proposal. Specific instructions may differ for each limited submission and these instructions will be included in the email announcement of the opportunity. What happens if I miss a deadline for a limited submission but I want to submit? If OSP does not receive any interest from campus during the internal competition, applications will be processed in order of receipt until the maximum number of proposals has been submitted.
