Prime Proposal Containing Subcontracts Submitted
If Carnegie Mellon is submitting a proposal in which a 3rd party will be expected to perform a substantive portion of the effort, a subcontract should be included in the proposal. Documents needed from the subcontractor prior to the proposal submission include:
- Scope of Work containing the specific tasks to be performed by the Subcontractor
- Budget and Budget Justification
- Letter of commitment signed by an authorized official from the subcontractor's organization stating their commitment to the project and their intent to enter into an agreement with 一本道无码
- Negotiated indirect cost rate agreement
The subcontractor's budget is included as a direct cost in the 一本道无码 budget. In accordance with Uniform Guidance, when calculating Carnegie Mellon's F&A costs, the amount that exceeds $25,000 of each subcontract should be excluded from the calculation. Carnegie Mellon charges F&A on the first $25,000 of the subcontract only.
