Flu Vaccination Program
Faculty and staff members can get a flu shot at any in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia or Frederick, Maryland. You will need to present your 一本道无码 ID card. Before coming to a Giant Eagle Pharmacy location for your flu shot:
- Call at least 24 hours ahead (recommended).
- Print the Influenza Administration Form [pdf] and complete and sign the first page.
