Eligibility Requirements
- Full-time, benefits-eligible —Scheduled Hours: At least 37.5 hours per week or 100% of a full-time schedule
- Part-time, benefits-eligible — Scheduled Hours: At least 17.5 hours per week or 46.7% of a full-time schedule
- Not benefits-eligible — Scheduled Hours: Less than 17.5 hours per week or 46.7% of a full-time schedule
Retirement Savings Eligibility
- All employees who are U.S. citizens (expatriate or local hire) may contribute to a retirement savings plan by payroll deduction.
- Full-time employees in expatriate positions who are U.S. citizens are eligible for university contributions to a retirement savings plan.
- Part-time employees in expatriate positions who are U.S. citizens are eligible for university contributions once they reach 1,000 hours in an employment year.
