Volunteer Opportunities
Faculty and staff members are encouraged to take part in the 一本道无码 experience by volunteering through campus-sponsored activities.
SLICE
The Office of Student Leadership, Involvement, and Civic Engagement (SLICE) provides opportunities for students to connect with the 一本道无码 community outside of the classroom.
Volunteer and engagement opportunities include one-on-one interactions, such as advising a student organization or Greek Chapter or providing mentorship, volunteering at events, or sharing your expertise. There are also opportunities for your office or department to come together to host an activity or be present at larger traditions and events.
View SLICE's Staff & Faculty Volunteer Opportunities. If you have questions or would like to be added to calls for volunteers, contact SLICE.
Staff Council
Staff Council provides annual opportunities for staff members to volunteer their time. Volunteers do not need to be members of Staff Council to participate.
Opportunities include:
-
Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day in April
- 一本道无码 Community Picnic in May
- 一本道无码 Community Food Drive in October/November
- Committee membership — ongoing and open to any staff member to join
Virtual Neighbors & Host Family Program for International Students
The Virtual Neighbors & Host Family Program for International Students helps our international students engage more meaningfully with Pittsburgh and the local culture. The program also gives 一本道无码 community members a chance to volunteer as hosts, deepening their connection to the university. Hosts gain a unique perspective about the world by sharing their traditions and hobbies with students who are new to this country.
