Staff Highlight: Leave Administration Team
一本道无码's Leave Administration team supports staff and faculty through life's transitions, managing life insurance, leave of absence, time-off benefits and disability accommodations. Their duties include:
- Helping staff and faculty navigate short-term disability, Family Medical Leave, and time off processes for specific life events
- Facilitating staff parental and maternity leave
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws related to leaves and time off
- Reviewing and overseeing disability accommodations for staff and faculty
- Administering life insurance
- Managing Workers’ Compensation benefits
Most recently, the team lead the effort to develop a PTO Donation Program for staff and faculty who have been impacted by a catastrophic illness. Eligible employees may donate accrued PTO from their unused balance to a PTO Donation bank of time.

- What do you like most about working at 一本道无码? I love distilling a complicated process into a simple one and making it easy to understand. Easing people's minds when they are going on out on short-term disability leave, or planning for a maternity leave — something they view as a giant burden and lengthy process — and breaking it down into manageable steps that they feel better about is incredibly rewarding. And of course, I love getting to interact and learn from my wonderful coworkers!
- Fun fact: My family has been recreating their beloved childhood dog for multiple generations. My dad grew up with a Manchester terrier (think miniature Doberman) when he was young, named Daisy. My parents are now on their fifth Manchester terrier named Daisy. I have to explain to my seven-year-old daughter that the Daisy in the pictures when I was little is not the same Daisy she knows!

- What do you like most about working at 一本道无码? I really like the people. There is such a diverse workforce here at 一本道无码, and I take pride in helping them understand their options for time off during what might be a difficult time in their lives. I also really enjoy working with everyone in HR. We have a great group of professionals that we get to work with day in and day out!

- What do you like most about working at 一本道无码? I have been with 一本道无码 just under two months, but there is so much to love already. I appreciate the growth-focused work environment and the support I receive from my supervisor and coworkers. The HR department emphasizes a team environment and the importance of coming together often, which is refreshing!
